Delivery is by Haulier on a 3 working day delivery. Please select Haulier at checkout or you can collect from Blackpool at no extra cost.
Delivery to Scotland and Ireland - please contact us with your address and we will let you know the delivery costs.
For all our personalised products you will have an experienced rock expert who will work with you to help you design your Rock to the highest standard. We offer an immediate, no-questions-asked, full refund pre-production if you change your mind.
The cost for the personalised rock includes a full colour label which can include a photograph.
We will contact you within 24 hours of your order to discuss colour, flavour, lettering and label design.

RETURN & REFUND POLICY
On receipt of your goods from the haulier you will be asked to sign that your order has been received in good condition and has been undamaged during transportation. As such we cannot refund or replace any breakages during transportation if signed off upon receipt. Please check your order carefully and notify the haulier of any damage upon receiving the goods and list all breakages on the delivery note. In this instance we will offer a replacement or refund for all breakages.
We will only issue a full refund on postage costs if your order is cancelled prior to delivery or we have made an error with your order.
Personalised products cannot be refunded after production. If you change your mind pre-production then you will receive a full refund including postage. If labels have already been produced then a cost of £35.00 will be deducted from your refund.
All of our products are hand-made and occasionally mistakes are made. If we have made an error on any of our personalised products we will then either produce it again at no extra cost or offer a full refund.
